Very pleasant experience as a new patient. Front desk was pleasant, hygienists and doctor were all timely and very nice to deal with. Explained all services provided before moving forward with services. Happy to have found this office. Thank you Dr.Hartley, Kendal, and Anna!! You guys were great.

I truly don’t know if words can adequately express how grateful I am for Dr. Crawford and Sarah, my dental hygienist. For years, I was absolutely petrified of going to the dentist. When I was diagnosed with periodontal disease, that fear became even greater—not only because I was afraid of the treatment, but because I was overwhelmed and terrified by what the cost of getting my dental health back might be. From the very beginning, Dr. Crawford and Sarah treated me with a level of kindness, compassion, and understanding that I will never forget. They treated me like a person, not just a patient or a diagnosis. They never judged me, never made me feel embarrassed, and most importantly, never made me feel as though what had happened to my teeth and gums was somehow my fault. Every step of the way, they have gone above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and that I understand what is happening. They have worked with me financially and helped make my treatment affordable when I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to manage it. They have shown me patience, reassurance, and genuine kindness during what has been an incredibly difficult and emotional journey for me. There are certain people you meet in life who are simply doing their jobs, and then there are people who make a genuine difference in someone’s life. Dr. Crawford and Sarah are those people for me. What they have done for me goes far beyond dental care. They gave me a place where I could finally feel safe receiving treatment after years of fear. They have given me back hope that I can have a healthy mouth and smile without being afraid. I could never repay them for the kindness, dedication, and compassion they have shown me. I will forever be grateful to both of them. If you are someone who is afraid of the dentist, embarrassed about the condition of your teeth, or worried that you will be judged, I cannot recommend Dr. Crawford and Sarah highly enough. They are exceptional at what they do, but even more importantly, they are exceptional human beings.

Very attentive staff! Elanis was friendly and professional throughout the treatment. I also really appreciated that she’s bilingual!
